Receptionist for Busy Real Estate Management Office

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Warmly welcome and greet clients, tenants, and guests as they arrive.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain an organized and inviting reception area and lobby.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in preparing and organizing property-related documents and supplies.
- Support office efficiency by aiding in various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
-Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and customers in a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency in using common office software and equipment.
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Interest in Real Estate or property management is a plus.
-Valid NC Driver’s License is required.
