Occupational Therapist Job Description/Requirements:

• Evaluation/Treatment of Patients in their home.

• Assist in evaluating the level of function and in developing the plan of care.

• Evaluate the home environment and makes appropriate recommendations

• · This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $95-120 per visit. Potential to make $150,000- 180,000 yearly.

We are hiring in multiple locations across southern California for PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA: such as Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Simi Valley, Northridge, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Santa Monica, Culver city, Inglewood, Southgate, East LA, Down-town LA, South LA, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Diamond Bar, Hollywood, Beverly Hills.

Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County: Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Rialto, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Temecula, Corona, Huntington beach, Newport, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton, Irvine.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Current CA Occupational Therapy (OT) License
• Valid California Driver's License/ with transportation insurance
