*Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and deliver personalized treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation to track patient progress.
- Innovate, market, and develop new therapy programs.
- Foster effective communication with patients, their families, physicians, and colleagues.
- Share knowledge through engaging in-service presentations.
- Contribute to the overall departmental excellence.
- Provide necessary supervision to COTA's in compliance with state regulations.
- Hold a Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
- Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
