Position: OB Clinic Supervisor - Registered Nurse RN
Location: Naperville, IL; Oswego, IL; Plainfield, IL
Shift: Full-time: 7am - 7pm and possible 1/2 day on Saturdays - typical work week will be Monday - Friday.
On-call Requirements: as needed.
Pay: Depends on experience, starting at $72,000/year
About the Position
The clinics have 3 locations and 6 providers specializing in female reproductive health. They diagnose and treat issues related to the female reproductive tract including the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, and breasts.
- Supervises clinical personnel activities in order to ensure high quality patient care, determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments and approves overtime.
- Serves as resource person for clinic personnel in resolving operational and patient care problems and provides professional patient care as needed.
- Collaborates with Practice Manager and Physician Dyad leader to deliver quality care for assigned clinical areas during all days and hours of operation.
- Provides supervision of clinical staff.
- Coordinates and evaluates daily operations and clinical staff to ensure the delivery of quality care in the department.
- Acts as a clinical expert, resource and liaison to assure continuity of care for patients.
- This is a very busy OB practice with 6 providers who see patients in 3 locations.
- Will be supervising the staff of 6 Providers and practice will be growing.
Must Haves:
- License: IL RN License
- Certifications: CPR/BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience: 1-2 years Physician Practice Experience in a lead/supervisory role OB preferred. Would consider an experienced charge RN/supervisor in L&D, Mother/Baby from a hospital setting.
- Education: Associates required with BSN within 5 years.
