We are seeking a highly organized Pharmacist, RPH, or PharmD to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED team as a Clinical Success Team Supervisor. As a Clinical Success Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Clinical Success team's activities and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry by leading a team that supports clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Success team, including training and coaching team members, monitoring key performance metrics, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform all functions and job responsibilities of a CST member.
- Strategize, develop, and update CST workflow processes including but not limited to Claim Adjudication, Prior Authorization, Non-Covered and Non-Formulary processes.
- Supervise, Train, and develop new and current team members
- Create and maintain training documents and resources
- Review and action reimbursement and claim submission reporting
- Monitor productivity levels as well as department quality & accuracy.
- Ensure workflow is effective and productive to meet required deadlines.
- Monitor department’s adherence to attendance and employment policies.
- Assist with onboarding new communities.
- Any and all duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) from NABP accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Valid state registered pharmacist license.
- Institutional pharmacy experience preferred.
- Prescription adjudication experience preferred
- Possess knowledgeable understanding of current medication information, health care concepts and all regulations relative to the practices of institutional pharmacy.
- Advanced problem solving and leadership skills and the ability to work and communicate collaboratively with other staff members and departments.
- General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and alternate shifts for PTO/staffing coverages as 24/7/365 operational needs dictate.
- Supervisory experience preferred; minimum two years.
- Must currently live in a state Symbria Rx Services is licensed in.
- Permanent residence with a defined working space and mailing address.
- Must be willing and have ability to commute to the Woodridge, IL pharmacy location (or alternate company designated location) for any mandatory meeting and/or training.
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization in person preferably at either a Symbria Rx pharmacy location or Symbria Rehab community or may use a notary office as alternative.
