Reports to Senior Producer
Overview The Studio Assistant is a creative, detail oriented, and solution minded member of the Nuuly studio team. With an interest in styling, photography, and production, this person supports the creation of in-studio imagery by receiving samples, providing on set support and assisting with the work that keeps the studio running efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Receive samples from buyers after they are approved by Studio Operations Coordinator
• Unbox and receive samples requests from the Distribution Center
• Support Studio Operations Coordinator in completing weekly sample handoff
• Complete sample card creation with proper notation for all samples
• Return samples back to the Distribution Center in a timely manner
• Assist styling team as needed. Potential projects include but are not limited to on-set assisting, steaming, style out assistance and styling closet organization
• Assist photo team as needed. Potential projects include but are not limited to painting canvasses and set elements, helping set up creative backgrounds, and cropping images
• Assist production team as needed. Potential projects include but are not limited to breakfast ordering and pickup, facilitating cars at the end of the day, etc.
• Re-stock and order all food, water, cleaning supplies, etc. based on studio needs
Qualifications
• Detail-oriented and superior organizational skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Job Skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced with Excel and Google Drive
• Creative Problem solving
Location Philadelphia PA, In Person - 5 days per week
