As a Nutrition Operations Assistant for Morrison Healthcare at Mayo Clinic, you will be collaborating with the Food Services team to provide formula and human milk for infant, pediatric, and adult patients. This is an entry level opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare, nutrition, or pediatrics with room to grow within the department and other service areas at a prestigious medical facility. Training will be provided.
Work Schedule:
- Full Time (30-40 hours/week) OR Part Time (16-29 hours/week)
- 8 hour and 10-hour shifts available
- Hours variable from 6:45 am to 7:30 pm
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Preferred Education: No prior experience is necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

- Ability to complete tasks with focus on detail and organization
- Time management and multitasking in daily work
- Comfort with learning new technology and computer systems
Day to Day Job:
- Collaborate with Nutrition Technicians on human milk and formula preparation tasks
- Answer phone calls from hospital staff
- Navigate computer software, including electronic medical records
- Identify and label formula and human milk
- Deliver formula and human milk throughout the hospital
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workspaces
- Check in products and monitor inventory levels and expiration dates
