Nursing Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide essential support to our patients and assist with their daily activities. Duties: - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff - Provide basic patient care, including feeding, positioning, and ambulation - Assist with transferring and lifting patients safely - Maintain a clean and organized patient environment - Follow proper protocols for infection control and sterilization procedures - Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care Experience: - Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred - Familiarity with ventilator management and airway management techniques is a plus - Knowledge of sterile processing procedures is beneficial - Proficiency in medication administration is desired - Experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is advantageous Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a patient-centered approach - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to lift and move patients as needed - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Nursing Assistant.
