Seafood Sale Representative

We are looking for a talented Sales Representative.

A Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend products. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up by visiting potential customer.
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Handle your customer product returns
• Process customer credit in timely manner
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects

Position Requirements

• Experience in selling seafood preferred but not required
• Proven inside sales experience
• Ability to travel and meet customers
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Diligent and punctual
• A self-motivated individual that can multi-task.

Physical Requirements

The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands and fingers, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee will be exposed to cold temperatures. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
