SalaryWe are working with one of the network of Primary Care centers in Chicago, IL.
We are looking for a Spanish Speaking Nurse Practitioner with experience in Primary Care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine for an outpatient clinic.
Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, No weekends.
You will be given a Scribe, EMR, and supporting staff.
Insurance: Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.
Compensatition& Benefits:
Basic pay, benefits, and a value based quarterly bonus
Sign-On Bonus and relocation for qualified providers.
Qualifications and experience:
Must be a Nurse Practitioner with a clean IL State Medical License.
Experience in Primary Care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine is preferred.
