As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and changes
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to assist guests who speak different languages
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using hotel management software for reservations and guest information
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest information and billing
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage
