Compensation: $100k - $140k (Depending on experience)

Our primary care and family medicine clinic in Phoenix is searching for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This person must be fluent in Spanish, there will be no exceptions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, encompassing medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a range of common family medicine conditions, promoting health within the context of the whole family.
• Create personalized treatment strategies, incorporating medication management, lifestyle adjustments, and patient education.
• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and current medical records using electronic health record systems.
• Engage in continuous professional development, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in family medicine and primary care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Arizona State License as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, enabling you to practice in the state.
• Possess experience or a compelling interest in family medicine and primary care.
• Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive patient interactions and effective collaboration with colleagues.
