Look for an enthusiastic experienced team player Nurse Practitioner with experience with Chronic Pain patients able to practice independently. Provider should be patient centered and a team player and willing to work within the practice framework. Provider should be comfortable with diagnosing and treatment plans for patients with chronic pain including and limited to evaluation for spine interventions for the physicians, Medication opioid and non-opioid management, knee, shoulder, small joint and trigger point injections. Experience in office based chronic Pain Management as an NP/PA is required. Growing practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
The higher range is if Provider is able to travel only.
