Job Role - Nurse Manager
Location - Keene, NH
Salary – $37 - $47 per Hr.
Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities:
 Provide leadership to and conduct monthly reviews for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA), Child Care Assistants, and Feeding Technicians
 Oversee nursing care and recreational services for residents
 Assume responsibility for primary nursing care throughout all three shifts as needed

Qualifications:
 Registered Nurse (RN) license
 Minimum of five years of experience in clinical nursing, with at least three years in
pediatrics
 Prior administrative experience with strong organizational and managerial skills
 Bachelor's degree preferred

Requirements:
 Proven experience in a clinical nursing role, with a focus on pediatrics
 Strong organizational and managerial skills
 Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
