We are seeking an Apartment Manager for the community.
This is a full-time position, 32 hours a week, 4 days a week, no weekend requirement.

Job Responsibilities;
- Creating and maintaining tenant files
- Developing marketing tools to ensure timely occupancy of apartments
- Maintaining an open line of communication with tenants and their families
- Resolving tenant complaints and grievances
- Receptionist coverage every other weekend
Requirements:
Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent- Must have a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
