We are seeking a RN with management experience in a skilled nursing facility. We currently have a full time opening for Unit Manager on first shift with a on call alternating weeks.

Job Responsibilities;
Day-to-day coordinator and 24-hour over-sight of the unit.
Monitor resident care by licensed nurses & LNA's.
Ensure resident care and documentation is in compliance with HIPPA, State and Federal regulations for healthcare.
Ensure physician orders are being followed, monitor medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is accurate.
Work collaborative with other departments, assists ADON, working most closely and under the direction of the Director of Nurses.
Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met
Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
Two years of long-term care(preferred)
Supervisory experience
Must be punctual ,dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience
Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak English
