Qualifications:
- LPN Nursing Certification Required
- At least 2 years experience as a Nurse Manager or Supervisor
- Experience working in a Senior Living setting
Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager (LPN) is responsible for assisting the Director of Wellness with the care and services of Residents, promote the effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve desired clinical, emotional and wellness outcomes in accordance with federal, state, local, company standards and established policies and procedures.
- Support mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
- Establish and monitor goals and expectations for the Assisted Living and Memory Care departments.
- Participate and assist with the admission and on-going Resident assessment and care planning process.
- Assist in Resident care as needed.
- Assist Director of Wellness with all other related duties
