- $30-$35/Hour Plus, Depending on Experience

Job Responsibilities
- Prepares Necessary Medicines for Injection Into Patients for Nuclear Medical Procedures
- Administers IV Injections
- Positions Patient on Procedure Table and Perform Scans
- Checks Isotope Boxes, Departments, Bookkeeping, and Disposal of Decayed Isotopes
- Schedules Patients and Technicians
- Performs Necessary Paperwork Including Documentation
- Responsible for Calling for Repair Service
- Checks Records Daily for Accuracy
- Maintains Files for Inspection by Government Agencies
- May Perform Special Assignments for the Administrative Assistant
Requirements
- Associate's Degree Graduate from an Approved Program in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- 1 Year Experience working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- IEMA License Required
- Eligible for Registry by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (NMTCB) Required
- Nuclear Medicine Proficiency Required
- CPR/BLS Certification Required
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Radioactive Medication
