Shift Notes: Days: 0700-1530 and/or 0800-1630 - 40 hrs/week --- may float to Pekin or Proctor

Weekend Requirements: call schedule

On-Call Requirements: TBD: 1 day/week & every 4th weekend

COVID-19/FLU Requirement: Travelers MUST be COVID-19 vaccinated. Specific Medical/Religious exemptions are accepted.

Travel Policy:

EMR - EPIC/Radiant and McKesson PACS

Avg. Caseload - 5/day

Special equipment - Gamma camera, thyroid uptake probe, well counter, dose calibrator, survey meter

Certification(s) needed - CNMT/ARRT, IEMA License, DOT training

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years experience in a hospital setting
• must be comfortable floating to Pekin or Proctor Hospital if needed
• Certification(s) needed - CNMT or ARRT, IEMA License, DOT training

Profile Requirements: work history, skills checklist, applicable licenses/certs, COVID vaccination card if applicable -- reference encouraged

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)
