Be a part of the men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges! General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support the Navy Surface Warfare Center(NSWC) in Crane, Indiana.

Service Desk Analyst: Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software:
- Receives, logs, assigns and follows up on customer incidents until resolution
- Provides initial end-user troubleshooting and escalates to systems administrators and applications team when required
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant AWS technology as assigned
- Documents work for leadership and updates/creates Standard Operating Procedures
Basic Qualifications:
- High School or GED
- 1+ years IT customer service experience (NMCI preferred)
- Security+ CE certification
- Secret clearance
