Key Responsibilities:
As our Senior Service Desk Rock Star, you'll be the guiding light for our Help Desk team. Your main responsibilities will include:
leading the charge with at least 1-2 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician Leader.
· Navigating the Managed Services industry landscape with confidence and skill.
· Mastering ticketing systems to efficiently orchestrate and manage service requests.
· Showing off your virtuoso knowledge of major hardware vendors like Dell, Lenovo, and more.
· Keeping us in tune with the latest Microsoft Windows operating systems, both on desktops and servers.
· Amplifying our capabilities with familiarity with Microsoft applications like Office 365 and Teams (bonus points if you're a Microsoft MVP).
· Fine-tuning our network with basic knowledge of DNS, switches, firewalls, VPN, and more.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Senior Service Desk Analyst or similar role, with at least 1-2 years of leading help desk technician experience.
· Previous experience in the Managed Services industry is a significant advantage.
· Proficiency in working with ticketing systems to efficiently manage service requests.
· Familiarity with major hardware vendors such as Dell, HP, etc.
· Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems for both desktop and server environments.
· Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Office365, Teams, etc.) is a plus.
· Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, switches, firewalls, VPN, etc., is desired.
· Experience with additional tools and technologies such as Meraki, Ubiquiti, Spam Filtering, and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions is highly desirable.
· Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven track record of delivering above-average customer service performance.
