Nsight RF Signal Performance Specialist (Green Bay, WI)

This position will be responsible to troubleshoot in building RF distribution systems and work with outside vendors on implementing repairs and/or changes to those systems. This role will also be responsible for monitoring the RF network for possible interfering signals and using test equipment to pinpoint sources of interference. This position will work with other teams within Nsight to resolve problems impacting RF performance at sites.
Works under the direction of the RF Signal Performance Specialist Team Lead Responsible for working with Tech Support, Sales and RF Engineering to troubleshoot in building distribution systems as well as Cel-Fi signal boosters May also work with outside sales to verify signal conditions at a customer location to help determine a possible need for an in building/repeater system.
Works with Tech Support, RF Engineering and Field Operations teams to identify sources of interfering RF signals Performs drive out testing with diagnostic equipment to determine if source is external or internal to the distribution system Provides detailed documentation for Tech Support, the NMC, and the legal team regarding any sources of interference in our licensed spectrum that is found.
May perform drive outs for new site builds to verify performance

What we're looking for:
You need to bring..
• Four year high school education or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree in electronics or 4 years of equivalent work experience
• 4 years of experience working directly with RF distribution systems
• Strong knowledge of various test equipment to include a spectrum analyzer, cable and antenna return loss analyzer, PIM tester, fiber analyzer, DMM
• Valid driver's license required.
Might be helpful to have...
• Knowledge of iBwave schematics and ability to analyze drawings for troubleshooting
