Job Type: Contractor (with the intention to transition to full-time after a 3-month probationary period)
Working Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Rapacke Law Group team, you'll:
- Proactively engage with inbound leads, initiating the first step in their journey with us.
- Reconnect with old leads to reignite their interest in our legal services.
- Schedule appointments with our sales team, bridging potential clients with the solutions we offer.
- Work towards performance targets, with bonuses awarded for every successful appointment set.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Requirements:
- Exceptional phone and communication skills.
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Motivated by sales targets, with a drive to meet and exceed expectations.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or a similar customer engagement role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and scheduling tools like Calendly.
