About the Banquet Manager Role:
We are looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team as Banquet Managers. As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing flawless events, always striving for the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
You will have the opportunity to oversee all aspects of our banquet operations, ensuring that every event is executed seamlessly, ensuring client satisfaction. You will also have the chance to lead and develop a team of banquet staff, creating an environment of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with proven experience in banquet operations or event management within the hospitality industry (minimum 3 years).
If you have exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in managing multiple events simultaneously, we want you!
Strong leadership skills are necessary to motivate, mentor, and manage a team to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for effective interaction with clients, staff, and vendors.
While a degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field is preferred, it is not a requirement. We value relevant experience and skills above all.
Work is in person. Approximately 80% is standing, walking, bending, while 20% is desk/office based. The job may require extended and varying work hours to meet demands.
Work Schedule:
Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays, Day, Evening, Night 8 to12 hour shifts
Compensation: Salary $55,000 - $60,000/yr
(Salary commensurate with experience)
