POSITION OVERVIEW
The Perfumes and Cosmetics Division of Dior is operating its E-Commerce business onto Salesforce Commerce Cloud, for America and Canada. There are several objectives in this position:
- Elevate the customer experience on dior.com and become the first online beauty luxury boutique for Dior
- Partner with headquarters teams to implement the central digital strategy while remaining highly competitive in the NA digital beauty landscape
- Develop and implement an on-site conversion strategy, from traffic to final purchase, thanks to a customer experience strategy and best in class UX/UI.
- Build a robust data strategy in partnership with the CRM director to capture and tag all signals and behavioral data, develop a personalization strategy
- Lead the NA Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and functionalities roadmap, quantifying, prioritization, implementation, and successful launch onto and secondary support systems (OMS, WMS, PSP, CRM, Web Analytics, Social Media integrations, Remote selling solutions).
- Develop and author project documentation with inputs from the project team, such as functional specifications documents, local processes and work flows, technical specifications documents and testing plans.
- Be a communication hub for all aspects of assigned projects to collaborate effectively with local, regional and HQ stakeholders as well as external vendors.
- Respect box timing and allocated budgets. Escalate issues that deviate from project plan, timing and budget to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify new features, functionalities and vendors to drive business KPIs and the customer experience.
- Test Management with QA/UAT.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tech, Ops, E-merchandising, Customer experience, SEO and Project Management
- Propose and own the delivery of a yearly plan conveying the business growth expected of the dior.com in terms of features, e-merchandising, customer experience, personalization, and SEO.
- Partner with the local technical teams, and central stakeholders to identify the various roles required by the mission to meet delivery goals.
- Collaborate with business sponsors, business owners, analysts, developers, and testing team
- Control the financial view of the e-commerce dior.com in terms of cost, duration and business impact.
- Support cross-organizational group needs and expectations (i.e. Testing, Training, Production, Deployment and Support, Help Desk, Third Party Vendors).
- Identify and quickly resolving project roadblocks.
- Provide project and release statuses back to Project Sponsor and key stakeholders on a regular basis, including workshops, weekly follow-up meetings and steering committees.
- Own the release schedule.
- Manage a team of 3 people.
Communication & Collaboration
- Ability to talk to people at all levels of the organization and technical landscape.
- Capacity to adapt the level of communication and synthesis according to the audience.
Business Acumen
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce KPIs, sales, Brand strategy, market position and context, knowledge of the luxury and/or cosmetics industry: markets, challenges, digital positioning.
- Ability to understand and challenge business digital needs.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Technical Expertise
- Prior experience managing a SFRA platform.
- Working knowledge of SFRA Business Manager, Google Analytics, CRM, CyberSource, product feeds amongst performance marketing platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok) etc.
- Experience in eCommerce support systems.

VP of Digital Strategy and E-Commerce
- 10+ years of experience in an E-Commerce role with 5+ years in project management
- Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude, curiosity, tenacity.
- Experience with SalesForce Commerce Cloud: Business Manager, Merchandising, Promotions, Interfaces, data model, Fraud verification and payment (Cybersource)
- Innovation including implementation of emerging technologies.
- SCRUM certification or other AGILE training
- Exposure to payment methods, loyalty, CRM, OMS, etc.
- Ability to lead diverse teams of subject matter experts with varying levels of project experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Bluecore or similar Email Marketing Platforms, Payment Gateways, Performance Marketing Platforms include Google, Facebook Instagram.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; proactive team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $145k-$176k.
