In order to support the entire student population and to provide effective management and supervision for all departments within the division, the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs developed the Blueprint to Success (BTS) Initiative. BTS is a comprehensive roadmap of support services within the Division of Student Affairs offered to all Lehman students to help them graduate with impressive credentials while attending Lehman. BTS accomplishes this by promoting and tracking student involvement in programs, workshops, resources, services, and compliance mandates that are designed to increase student retention and persistence via the Campus Labs platform.
