KSA Integration is currently hiring for multiple Non-Medical Case Manager (NMCM) positions with the following shift schedule:
- Mon-Fri 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
- Hybrid work is available (2 days per week)
NMCMs provide extended support and outreach calls of non-complex, non-medical case management in situations where issues or concerns of the Marine and their family cannot be adequately resolved during their initial phone call. NMCMs work cases until all issues have been resolved before transferring them. NMCM will be assigned a 120-day post End of Active Services (EAS) for a Recovering Service Member (RSM) whose case was supported by a Recovery Care Coordinator (RCC) while on active duty. NMCMs will utilize MCWIITS to document the WII Marine’s concerns and issues.
Initial training is for two weeks in the Wounded Warrior Call Center from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Upon completion of training, employees will be scheduled for times referenced above.
Requirements:- Current Active Tier 3 (T3) or National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Checks (NACLC) Background Investigation.
- Familiarity with the organization and functions of the United States Marine Corps.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
