Non-Inventory Receiver

This role is for FHN Non-Inventory department.. The Amazon operations team is looking for Lead Fulfillment Associates with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center including, but not limited to: Trainer, Process Assistant and Shipping Clerk. All role types will include performing production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Fulfillment Associates will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them and keeping their work areas safe.

For this role, you will need to be:

The Non-Inventory Receiver will work in a team with other Non-Inventory Receivers and Material Handlers, to administer the flow of non-inventory/consumable goods throughout the entire facility. These include MRO orders, corrugate, packaging supplies, safety equipment, and other tools.
Job functions include: PIT operation, loading/unloading and accurately putting away non-inventory goods, staging product in work areas, counting, organizing and maintaining appropriate levels of shipping supplies, receiving goods into Coupa system (data entry), researching and troubleshooting non-inventory shipments, assisting with payment inquiries from A/P, safely leading a team of Tier Is, and file keeping, among others.
The NIR also performs accurate shipping supplies cycle counts and assures the delivery of such items to the appropriate locations within the FC.
