Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled AR Coordinator in a multi-company environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of processing and monitoring incoming payments
• Secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts daily
• Accurately process fixed and monthly client billing invoices
• Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders to managers or clients
• Generate weekly financial statements and reports detailing the Accounts Receivable status

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable processing experience
• College degree required, college courses in accounting preferred
• Work efficiently, effectively and accurately
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Strong attention to details and accuracy
• Must be well organized, a self-starter and able to work independently
• Hands-on experience in operating MS Excel, Office & Outlook and SAGE Intacct
