Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Salary: $43,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience

Location: Hybrid / Remote Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled AR Coordinator in a multi-company environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of processing and monitoring incoming payments
- Secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts daily
- Accurately process fixed and monthly client billing invoices
- Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders to managers or clients
- Generate weekly financial statements and reports detailing the Accounts Receivable status
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable processing experience
- College degree required, college courses in accounting preferred
- Work efficiently, effectively and accurately
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Must be well organized, a self-starter and able to work independently
- Hands-on experience in operating MS Excel, Office & Outlook and SAGE Intacct
