Non CDL Driver

Interior Exterior Building Supply, the number one commercial and residential building material supplier in the Southeast, is searching for a Non CDL Driver for our Mandeville, LA location!

This position will be able to complete shipments by loading, delivering and unloading orders at customer locations. They will coordinate scheduling of deliveries with assigned Manager and accurately report driving time as required using ELD reporting system.

Driver Job Duties:

• Prepares orders by pulling materials and loading trucks.
• Completes deliveries to customers operating a 26’ box truck, liftgate, pallet jack and use of manual lifting as needed to maneuver and unload materials.
• Maintains truck preventive maintenance reporting requirements; reports maintenance needs to assigned Manager.
• Maintains cleanliness of trucks and equipment.
• Accurately records driving time as required using ELD reporting system.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Meet DOT physical requirements
• Successfully pass drug test and background check
