General Description:
This position is responsible for the mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance on all assigned facility equipment including (but not limited to) compressors, turbines, pumps and support equipment including (but not limited to) pickup trucks, loaders, vac trucks, graders, light plants, heaters and other associated facility equipment.
This position will be responsible for driving CCI's Mission, Vision, and Values, a crucial part of the strategic plan to drive success. CCI's mission is to provide quality-driven, cost-effective construction, maintenance, industrial cleaning, power generation, and transportation services to support resource development companies.

• Initiate problem solving and complete timely maintenance and repair on vehicles.
• Conduct preventative maintenance (PM's) on all CCI equipment according to monthly PM scheduler, conduct modifications and repairs as needed.
• Communicate daily status of current projects to Facility Equipment Coordinator to ensure all projects are timely and within CCI
• Ensure all equipment is ready at all times. Report any discrepancies in repairs that may affect operations.
• Maintain 100% "Safety Standards and Accountability" in all areas.
• Maintain compliance with required HSE training.
• Reporting and addressing all potential safety concerns/incidents/issues promptly.
• Facilitating or participating in CCI safety meetings, work safely and maintain a safe work environment as an employee and representative.
• Willingly participate and assist in any investigation that may relate to safety.
• Document and record any injury or near miss incident that may occur while you are present.
• Maintain and demonstrate proficient working knowledge of all response-related equipment, policies, procedures and tactics.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to work well with others in an environment that includes harsh weather conditions, remote locations and diversified
• Ability to clearly speak, write, read and understand the English language.
• Skilled in interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of Dodge and Ford light-duty equipment maintenances.
• Basic computer knowledge, including the ability to take online training, email general reports and use Microsoft.

• Position may be exposed to extremely hostile weather conditions at times while working outdoors.
• The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
• Position may be working with potentially hazardous materials and wastes.
• The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles in a mechanical shop environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Hearing protection and the use of safety eyewear is required in most working situations.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years' experience working as a mechanic with automotive or Light Duty equipment such as pickups is required.
• Experience with internal engine work and diagnostic scan tools is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Automotive certifications are preferred.
• 3 years light-duty truck experience is preferred.
• A valid TWIC card.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A pre-hire post offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an employee's ability to perform to the job standard. • MOBILITY: Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service. Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds for 20 feet.
• HEARING: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
• VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag man.
• LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 70 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from wait level to shoulder height and carry 70 pounds for 20 feet.
• RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE
