Your Role as a Yard Spotter at Red Baron Transportation:
- Primary Responsibilities: You will be integral in managing the movement and allocation of trailers and containers within our yard.
- Impact: Your role is crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of our distribution center, directly influencing our service quality and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- License: Must possess a valid driver's license; preference given to candidates with a Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Experience: Prior experience in yard spotting or similar roles is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating yard trucks and other related equipment, along with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Personal Attributes: A strong commitment to safety, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and adaptability to various environmental conditions.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00 to $19.00.

Scheduling Details:
- Flexible Working Hours: 36/48 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (7 pm to 7 am)
- Rotating Work Weeks: A balance of 4 working days one week followed by 3 working days the next.
