```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise all staff members, including kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Train and develop employees to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and achieve business goals
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as supervisor or manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to manage financial transactions accurately
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving business performance
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
