We are looking to hire motivated individuals to join our SMBC kitchen team. Ideal candidates will have kitchen experience and a desire to work in a scratch kitchen. While experience is preferred; if you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach.
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain stations in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Have fun while cooking food and working the line
