Hospitality, Night Audit, Hotel experience is a requirement
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and balancing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating reports
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with guest requests, such as making reservations or providing recommendations for local attractions
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation during the night shift
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality is required
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as we cater to a diverse clientele
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
Please note that this is a night shift position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
