Job Description:
Picture this: You, as our Night Auditor, holding the fort while the world catches some Z's. Your mission? Keep the ship sailing smoothly through the midnight seas. You'll be the guardian of all things financial, the maestro of the night shift, and the keeper of guest satisfaction. Sound like your kind of jam? Keep reading!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verifying and balancing all revenue and settlement accounts, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other miscellaneous transactions.
• Generating reports summarizing daily financial activities and discrepancies for management review.
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Assisting with the check-in and check-out process for late-night arrivals and early departures.
• Monitoring security cameras and conducting regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and facilities.
• Handling any guest complaints or issues that may arise during the night shift, escalating as necessary.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between shifts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
