SalaryMust have hotel front desk / night audit experience. Must have guest check in & check out experience. Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, and other revenue; assist in the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. · Balance and audit for accuracy all room and tax charges, cashier’s reports, and guest and house accounts. PEOPLE · Communicate with other hotel departments as necessary to resolve accounting discrepancies and to request or provide information. · Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments. GUEST EXPERIENCE · Perform all Guest Service Representative functions as required; may assist in booking room reservations; may assist in answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of messages. RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS · Act as hotel system liaison during work hours. Complete and transmit daily management reports. May assist with other duties as assigned. Check in Guest, Check out Guest.
