Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling and balancing daily transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Handle guest requests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Bilingual skills (multilingual is a plus) to assist guests from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
