SalaryWe are currently accepting applications for highly motivated, dependable individual with open/flexible availability to join our Front Desk Team! Previous hotel experience preferred but are willing to train the right candidate. Part time position available 11pm-7am. Must have weekend availability and be able to stand for a full 8-hour shift. You will represent the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay and ensure that the brand's highest standards are met.
Responsibilities
- RUNNING NIGHT AUDIT APPLICATION AND TURNING OVER THE DAY
- Making Reservations
- Accommodating guests needs throughout their stay
- Resolving guest issues with professionalism and compassion
- Running daily reports and following detailed check lists
- Answering multi-line phone
- Openly communicating with other departments

- Due to cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
