As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. ```Responsibilities```
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Verify and balance revenue, expenses, and guest accounts
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
```Experience```
- Previous experience in night audit or hotel operations preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and guest relations
- Knowledge of hospitality management and hotel operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
