Night Auditor

Responsibilities: - Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Provide exceptional guest service, including answering inquiries and addressing guest concerns - Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Handle guest requests and communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs - Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy Requirements: - Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including hotel management systems - Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus - Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
