SalaryThe Best Western Plus ClockTower Inn is looking for a Night Auditor. Our shifts are typically three 10 hour shifts. We are looking for someone to join our team who loves working with guests and co-workers in a positive and proactive manner and it very reliable..
Duties include guest reservations, hosting guest’s arrival and departures as well as managing guest needs including driving guest shuttle to and from pre-determined locations. Computer navigation necessary and great customer service skills required.
Job Duties:
- Checking our guests in and out and posting room charges
- Making reservations
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Enrolling new members into our rewards program
- Performing nightly closing duties for the hotel, while working the front desk
- Light cleaning
- Must be very reliable
- Must be able to work between 10 pm and 8 am
- Driving Guest Shuttle to and from pre determined shuttle locations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
