O'Meara Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager with Import experience to join our team in Northglenn, Colorado. This is a full-time position with a strong focus on managing and promoting sales and providing leadership to the sales team . As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and maintaining the right mix of New Vehicle inventory to exceed the manufacturers expectations. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with vendors and manufacturers, as well as ensuring excellent customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:
The New Vehicle Manager at O'Meara Motors has the potential to earn between $150,000 to $270,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team by setting sales targets, creating strategies to achieve them, and providing guidance and support
- Oversee the Vehicle Sales process including developing pricing strategies, and ensuring good process management by the sales team
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers to ensure a steady supply vehicles
- Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales efficiency while exceeding benchmark CSI
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to develop promotional campaigns and financing options to boost Vehicle Sales
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors to inform business decisions and create a competitive edge for O'Meara Motors
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, and regularly report on sales performance to upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in auto sales, with a focus on imports
- Proven track record of success in managing and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement effective strategies
- Dealertrack and eLead experience a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
