Position: New Products Developer (Korean Speaking)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative New Products Developer who is fluent in Korean to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for our continued growth and requires a passion for the beauty and fashion industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and sourcing new beauty care products and accessories, collaborating closely with the purchasing, sales, and design departments. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by contributing to our product portfolio and ensuring our offerings meet the latest market trends and customer demands.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and sourcing of new beauty care products and accessories.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and design departments to align product development with business strategies.
• Conduct continuous market research to identify new trends, ideas, and opportunities in the Beauty Industry.
• Develop strong relationships with both overseas and domestic vendors and manufacturers.
• Ensure product development aligns with company goals, quality standards, and market demands.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Proven experience in the beauty and fashion industry, with a focus on product development (candidates should provide detailed previous history in their resume).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with a proficient typing speed.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with overseas and domestic vendors/manufacturers.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is a must.
• Fluent in Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
