Work Arrangement:

  • This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren three times per week, Tuesday - Thursday, at minimum. 

  • This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

The Role:

The New Model Launch Team within Customer Care and Aftersales is seeking a creative problem solver and risk taker that wants to impact the direction of the Supply Chain as well as support our internal and external customers. Our team members are driven to translate ask into action plans; fail fast and learn to ensure that all customer needs are met. Success is defined by welcoming new challenges and innovating ways of thinking that craft future possibilities and drive effective decision making.

What You’ll Do:

Strategy:

  • Support the strategic development and execution planning required to support all new programs (Domestic, Mexico, Export product launches) of which service parts supply are required at or before the start of production and on an on-going basis.

Execution:

  • Facilitate New Model process oversight and execution necessary to set up parts in the system which allow for order placement, processing, and part availability with the contracted supply base.

  • Drive visibility and successful escalation of issues not meeting availability and or readiness timing deliverables.

  • Translate metric performance into action plans to improve part availability and supplier performance

Escalation:

  • Serve as New Model Availability SME in meetings and workshops.

  • Deepen understanding of business issues and data challenges of the business.

  Engagement :

  • Foster positive interactions with customers/partners and make recommendations for enhancements where appropriate.

  • Identify business strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.

    • Be a champion of change for opportunities that motivate and result in effective business improvement.  Live the See it, Own it, Do it, Solve it mindset

    • Assist in the development of Supply Chain Management tools, process and documentation that drive daily operations with a quality focused mindset

    • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects with aggressive deadlines and visibility

Additional Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Intermediate skillset in MS Excel is required
  • IMS, Sharepoint, Erapa-I, Erapa-NA, ARC, Mexico SAP, ECR, and EUC data familiarity (desirable), PowerBI (desirable)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with One Team mindset to proactively drive effective business decisions supporting achievement of business goals
  • Recognized ability to act with a sense of urgency to problem solve issues with an understanding of impacts to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities working with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting metrics and may ultimately require facilitating a compromise to reach the best solution
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Proficiency in MS Access, Power BI, SQL Developer, Python, KNIME, Sharepoint Power Apps
  • Working knowledge of CCA Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, Warehousing Operations and Engineering organizations
