The newly formed Fielmann USA Inc. is embarking on a journey that will redefine the expectations of eyecare and eyewear for US consumers.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented and self-driven individual to add to our team. You will work intimately with an interdisciplinary team of professionals and play a key role in carrying out product development. We are searching for full time 3D Modelers who are enthusiastic, passionate, design driven and organized. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail in design and be able to work well under pressure. The successful candidates join a growing team of highly collaborative and motivated individuals, in our office location in Detroit, MI.
Key Responsibilities- Create accurate 3D models.
- Ability to create textures and apply them.
- Organizes and perform various data measurement tasks for the team prior to modeling.
- Perform product photography.

Technical Requirements- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Maya
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop
- Understand fundamentals of photography, lighting, etc.
- Understand dynamics of rendering
- Basic knowledge of Rigging techniques
- Knowledge of Python and MEL
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capable of working in a team environment as well as working independently
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a 3D Modeler, 3D Artist, or a 3d Designer.
Working ConditionsCandidates must be available to work in-person at our office location in Mt. Clemens, MI.
