SalaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective buyers in finding their dream homes. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through the home buying process.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential home buyers
- Conduct tours of model homes and showcase available properties
- Provide information on floor plans, features, and community amenities
- Assist clients in selecting the right home that meets their needs and budget
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of homes
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the closing process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and competitors' offerings
- Adhere to fair housing regulations and ethical business practices
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent administrative skills to manage paperwork and documentation
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law
- Bilingual abilities (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse clients
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and persuade clients
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote properties
