What you’ll be doing:
- You will design, document, deploy and manage Data Center Network solutions through all phases of lifecycle management for Cisco ACI and Nexus equipment and Radware Load Balancers deployed at enterprise hosting locations and local facilities.
- You will support infrastructure and deployment projects across multiple regions and locations.
- You will partner with hardware, software and vendor teams on the development of enterprise data center solutions.
- You will provide project participation, advice and counsel to IT personnel, management and project teams on various aspects of DCN hardware and software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and deploying and operating large-scale networks.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against deadlines.
- Experience working in a global team environment.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus Network Switches and NX-OS.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Application Delivery Controller (Network Load Balancer.
Preferred Skills:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate service interruption is critical; management and impacted customer base must be aware of the situation and anticipated recovery time.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI).
- Hands-on experience with Radware Alteon.
- Strong ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
