What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional network and consulting services to assigned clients.
- Support our engineering staff by fulfilling network resource needs and assisting in system configurations for clients.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of business requirements and technical solutions by reviewing project scopes and contracts beforehand.
- Acquire certifications required by Pentegra Systems to stay at the cutting edge of technology.

Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:
- Windows Infrastructure expertise with experience in SMB market space.
- Experience with any of the following network protocols: Multi-cast, PIM, IGMP, DNS, DHCP, spanning tree.
- Proficiency in Windows WIN10/11, Windows Server 2012R2-2019, Citrix Presentation/XenApp Server, and virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMWare, and Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Hands-on experience in Active Directory Administration, Group Policy Design, and Microsoft Exchange 2016-2019.
- Skilled in network infrastructure administration, including switches and routers (Cisco, Meraki, HP/Aruba), VLAN configurations, and firewall & security administration.
- Proven proficiency in troubleshooting LAN/WLAN environments, client VPN configurations, and site-2-site VPN tunnels.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering and CCNA certification.
- Knowledge of Passive Optical Networks is a plus.
