Job Description:

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Server, Workstation, and Network, both remotely and on-site.
• Configuration and management of Windows Servers, including Backup and UPS setup.
• Various settings such as data migration for Workstations, Email, Printer, and Applications.
• Network diagnostics and construction, PC and laptop repairs.
• Management of Domain/DNS, Email Servers.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in a Windows environment (Server 2016/2019/2022, Workstation 10/11).
• Experience in Network setup, including Routers (Firewall), Wireless, Printers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshooting/repair, virus removal, and various environment settings for Windows Server and Workstation.
• Troubleshooting and environment settings for Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11.
• Experience in managing Hyper-V/VMware.
• Skills in Firewall and security-related technologies.
• Experience in managing Domain/DNS and Email-related systems.
• Experience in setting up and managing MS365 (Email, SharePoint).
• Experience in Linux server management.
• Experience in setting up and managing AZURE/AWS.
• Experience in setting up and managing Cloud Hosted PBX.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or hold a work visa.
• Relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
